Week three or four...

Hunger-thats all I can say-I am soooo hungry. I over ate last week, Love Halloween and now that I am all out of goodies, I am hungry!! LOL I know I should have stuff around the house to nibble on, but I dont.

I have been productive and I give credit to my new drug and my new found, lost friend.

So, what is it that I do to men, that make them want me-still, after years and years? I have no idea-I dont see where I do anything better, more, etc than anyone else. I had one man on the line for what-23 years-then this new one-16 years-WHAT?? Ok then I ask no more questions, but I now know that I need to be careful. I guess it comes from loving without abandon. I never halfway give myself to a person. I am always loving to the fullest. Like Ihave always said if I tell you I love you-you better beleive I always will. Will I act on it-hmmmmm, stay tuned. He does look fantastic!! Really fantastic!!

Graditude Month

Nov. is national Count your Blessings month. As of this month I do have many blessings in my life. My family-hubby and the kids-even the furry ones. Counting your blessings is a wonderful thing. In the middle of losing weight again I do have to say that keeping up beat is the way to go.

Diet

Week 2 was fairly un-fantastic. We went out and I didnt splurge, I ate normal and I made sure to get grilled, no extras, no frys. It so happened the resturants that we went to, had those choices, I am sure someday I will be at a resturant that I cannot eat perfect-then I will do my very best and get over what I cant!!

Unofficial loss this week is 4lbs. I say unofficial for two reasns, one-its not the right day and 2-I started my monthly and that usually means extra water weight. We will see, tomorrow is the official by the books weigh in and yes that means that I didnt keep my own promise. But, it kills me really, wanted to make sure I hadn't splurged on too much halloweenie!!

But, unofficially I have lost 9lbs-only 81 left to lose-go me, go me!!
